Our policy is to give you great service at a reasonable price. 

We quote by the job.  The price we quote is the price you pay.  The only exception to this is cases of extensive and potentially hidden rot.  We will tell you this before we start the project.

We require 50% down and the balance before delivery.

We never charge storage fees for projects under contract.

Customers are free to come and watch us work on their projects whether here or at their job site.
